We had an excellent experience at Toyota Smithers! The entire process was completed in just one day, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We purchased a Camry Hybrid, and we are happier with both the car and the service. A special thank to Rick, our salesperson, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. Such an awesome experience purchasing my 2025 Tundra with Todd a few weeks ago. After knowing him for a couple of years, he made the whole process easy and so enjoyable! The truck is everything I hoped it would be, and more. When I picked it up, one of the rearview mirrors was slightly damaged, but the dealership was already working on getting it fixed right away. Huge thanks to Travis and the parts & services team, and especially Wanda for going the extra mile and delivering my truck back to me once it was repaired.
